| General Terms Conditions & Cancellations | |

When we accept a booking, it constitutes a contract between you and Quantum Travels Pvt. Limited. All bookings are taken on the basis that you accept these terms and conditions. We are travel organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach company, hotel, transport, or any other facility or service mentioned in this itinerary. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no other control in their running, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, or deficiency in services, caused by the act or default of management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process. The contract and the disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only |

Rates are per person and on twin share and basis for a minimum of 2 Adults traveling together & valid subject to availability of services. Should there be a change in the number of passengers, the date of travel & the type of accommodation, the quote will vary accordingly and amendment fees will be applicable. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Standard check in is 1400 hours & similarly check out is 1000 hours. Wherever required we will request for early check in, however this is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the management of the hotel. An advance of 50% of the cost of the itinerary will have to be placed with us in order to confirm all services. The balance 50% to be paid as soon as all services have been confirmed. Any Payments made by credit card will attract the bank fees / commission as per the prevailing policy of the banks. This is just a quotation and no services have been confirmed. Once all the services have been confirmed, detailed itinerary will be handed over to you and a copy of the same, along with confirmation vouchers will be handed over to you by our partners on arrival at the destination |

Cancellations & Refunds |
|
Quantum reserves the right to determine the amount of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a tour due to force majeure or vis majeure. Such refund would be based on various factors like the number of participants; the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. And the decision of the company on the amount of refund shall be final. Refunds (if any) for amendments and / or cancellation will be paid directly to tour participants by the company. It would take at least 45 days to process such refunds. |

| General cancellation Policies | |
The cancellation policy of the Hotels, Game Lodges, & Transport Companies are very strict. We will try and get waivers wherever possible, but this is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the management of the Hotels and the tour related suppliers. In general cancellations policy is as follows. |

| Cancellations received by Quantum Travels 45 days prior to arrival at the destination will incur a 20% cancellation charge of the entire cost of the itinerary | |
| Cancellations received by Quantum Travels 30 to 7 days prior to arrival at the destination will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the entire cost of the itinerary | |
| Cancellations received by Quantum Travels 7 days prior to arrival at the destination will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the entire cost of the itinerary | |
| Note strict cancellation charges will apply for lodges. Cancellations received by Quantum Travels 45 days prior to arrival at the destination will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the entire cost of the accommodation at the Game Lodges | |

All Avis Car Renters are to hold a valid International Drivers License & Credit Card. Avis has the right to replace vehicle or similar specifications if such group booked is not available. In each group vehicles in the fleet are subject to change. Cancellation fees will apply if vehicles are returned earlier than the stipulated date. Minimum rental period is 1 day; rental is calculated on a 24-hour cycle, which starts from the time of check out. Should a vehicle be returned late the renter will be charged for an additional day a the extension rate which he will have to settle direct with avis rent a car No show fee will apply to the client if a reserved car does not get collected by the client without a 48 prior cancellation |
