1: Arrive Christchurch |

On
arrival into Christchurch, you will be welcomed and transferred
to your pre-arranged hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Christchurch. |

2: Christchurch - Greymouth - Glacier Region |
|||
|
After
breakfast at the hotel, board the Trans Alpine train (coach passengers
only) and travel beside the Waimakariri River, over the Southern
Alps and on to the Alpine Village of Arthur’s Pass before arriving
in Greymouth. Travel south along the rugged West Coast to arrive
at the Glacier Region of Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers. Overnight in the Glacier Region |

3: Glacier Region - Queenstown |

After
breakfast at the hotel, Travel down the West Coast past spectacular
mountain ranges and native forests and lakes to the Haast Pass,
gate way to the World Heritage Westland National Park. Follow the
shores of Lakes Hawea and Wanaka to the resort city of Queenstown.
On arrival, you will be transferred to your pre-arranged hotel.
Rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight in Queenstown. |

4: Milford Sound |

After
breakfast at the hotel, depart for a full-day Milford Sound tour.
Follow the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden, and onward
to Lake Te Anau. Enter the Eglinton Valley and travel through the
breath taking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy
a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and
the cascading Bowen Falls. Return to Queenstown. Rest of the evening
is at leisure. Overnight in Queenstown. |

5: Queenstown |

After
breakfast at the hotel, rest of the day is at leisure to explore the
endless optional attractions available. Queenstown offers bungy jumping,
jetboating, white water rafting, gondola rides and much more. Overnight in Queenstown. |

6: Queenstown - Rotorua |
|||
|
After
breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Queenstown airport, for your
flight to Rotorua. On arrival in Rotorua transfer to your pre-booked
hotel. Overnight in Rotorua. |

7: Rotorua |
|||
|
After
breakfast at the hotel, visit Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve to see
boiling mud pools and roaring geysers. Following this see bird life,
Trout and other wild life before viewing a new Zealand Farm Show
featuring sheep dog demonstrations, cow milking and an introduction
to the stars of our sheep industry. The rest of the day is free
at leisure. Overnight in Rotorua. |

8: Rotorua - Waitomo - Auckland |

After
breakfast at the hotel, travel over they forested Mamaku Ranges
to reach Waitomo. Enjoy a guided tour of the world famous Waitomo
glow worms caves including an underground boat ride viewing the
millions of glow worms on the cavern roof. On completion continue
through the fertile Waikato area to reach Auckland. Overnight in Auckland. |

breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to the Auckland airport
for your onward flight. |
